Our Leadership & Mentorship Program in Barrington, IL is designed for new and current clients who want to grow into positive role models inside and outside the dojo. Participants learn responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills while gaining the confidence to mentor others. This program helps students develop the qualities of strong leaders: discipline, respect, and compassion.
At The Garden Dojo, our Leadership & Mentorship Program combines martial arts principles with real-world leadership training. Students gain hands-on opportunities to mentor younger classmates, assist instructors, and practice being role models in the dojo and beyond.
