You may attend any of the classes on the schedule that apply to your membership type and rank. You may attend one class per week or you may attend all of the classes offered weekly if you prefer to practice more often. We ask that you let us know which class or classes you plan on attending consistently, but you can change your class preferences at any time or use other days of the week if your schedule changes. A higher ranking member may attend any lower rank classes on the schedule for additional practice or schedule flexibility. 

The gi (uniform) is not mandatory for beginner participation. You can purchase a uniform at the dojo or on our website any time throughout the year. Please contact us for assistance with sizing.

Belt testing is optional and will be held in spring and fall. All students who would like to take a belt test must get instructor approval. Approval will be based on progress and participation in class, and the results of the test will be based on performance at the test as well as progress made by the student in the time between tests. Belt testing fees are not included in membership, however, all new belts (except black belts) are included in the membership.
